We are seeking a dynamic and responsible couple to join our team as Assistant Restaurant Managers at a busy lodge in Sodwana Bay. This is a live-in, full-time position ideal for an energetic couple looking to grow within the hospitality industry while enjoying the unique lifestyle of the coast.About the RoleAs Assistant Managers, you will support the General Managers in overseeing daily restaurant operations. You will work together to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and strong team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant and bar operationsSupervise and support front-of-house staffEnsure high levels of customer service and guest satisfactionAssist with stock control, ordering, and cash-upsHandle guest queries and problem-solving professionallyMaintain operational standards and cleanlinessProvide administrative support to the GM team

Requirements
