To execute drilling, charging, and blasting activities in underground gold stoping and development areas, ensuring safe and efficient ore extraction in compliance with MHSA regulations and mine production targets.

• Conduct pre-shift inspections in stoping and development panels.
• Drill blast holes according to approved gold reef layouts and mine standards.
• Charge, connect, and initiate explosives in accordance with legal and mine procedures.
• Ensure proper withdrawal, timing, and post-blast examination of working areas.
• Install and inspect underground support systems (roof bolts, elongates, nets, packs).
• Examine hanging wall and sidewall conditions and make areas safe.
• Achieve daily gold production and tonnage targets.
• Complete statutory blasting documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with MHSA and mine-specific safety standards.
