Recruitment Consultant

You don't need an HR qualification - if you have a diploma or degree in any field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
• Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities
• Providing professional advice to clients on hiring and market trends
• Delivering excellent service and consistently exceeding expectations
• Working hard, staying organized, and thriving in a target-driven environment

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing or recruitment/sales environment
• Proven ability to work hard, manage pressure, and deliver results
• A people-person who genuinely enjoys working with clients and candidates
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A diploma or degree (not necessarily in HR)
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for success
