LEGAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERCAPE TOWNR 35 000 CTC PLUS INCENTIVE SCHEME

Minimum requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Public Relations | Marketing
Relevant working experience in similar role is recommended
Proficient with MS Office
Industry related knowledge e.g. bonds, transfers & estate agencies would be advantageous
Project Management: Events co-ordination from inception to delivery
Ability to treat confidential information with the required sensitivity
Pro-active approach in terms of service delivery
Continually keep clients informed about legal and general changes in the legislation
Ensure that updated marketing material is highly visible in all offices of agents
Maintain client database
Hosting and facilitation of client and internal events, including training of estate agents
Weekly progress reports to clients
Quarterly preparation of target | budget reports
Maintain a highly visible presence in the market place
Act as liaison between the branch and the client
Compliant with website client reporting
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize – Time Management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Pro-active approach to problem solving
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Team player – willingness to assist team members
Marketing Skills: Actively market all the services; Generate leads to increase client database
