An integrated shipping and logistics company is seeking to hire Reach Stacker Operators, specifically Container Yard (CY) to join our Operations Team.

A Reach Stacker Operator moves, stacks, and transports shipping containers (20ft, 40ft, and twin) in ports, terminals, or rail yards. Key duties include conducting daily equipment inspections, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring precise, efficient cargo handling. They require specialized certification, heavy machinery experience, and strong spatial awareness. 

Key Responsibilities.

• Container Handling: Safely load, unload, and stack containers from ships, trucks, or trains.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize the movement of cargo to reduce downtime and maximize productivity in container yards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily, pre-shift checks on the reach stacker and report any faults or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety procedures (e.g., OSHA, load capacity limits) to prevent accidents.
• Inventory Control: Ensure containers are placed in designated areas and verify freight, if necessary.
