A well-established and growing law firm is expanding and opening a new office in Cape Town and is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to lead and grow the conveyancing departmentThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and independent professional who is confident in managing Transfers and contributing to the establishment of a new branchSalary: R45 000 CTC based on experience

Minimum Requirements:

Admitted Conveyancer
Minimum 5+ years’ post-admission experience
Extensive experience handling Property Transfers from instruction to registration
Ability to manage high volumes independently
Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and compliance
Experience liaising with banks, estate agents, developers and clients
Business development ability will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full transfer process from inception to registration
Overseeing support staff
Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing and FICA requirements
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Assisting with establishing and growing the new office’s conveyancing portfolio
