A family-owned wine estate situated in the heart of the Simonsberg wine region is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.They are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help drive the continued expansion of our brand, sales channels, and visitor experience at our popular wine tasting centre.This role combines strategic sales and marketing leadership with management of our tasting centre and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local and international wine sales strategies
Grow and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, trade partners, and direct clients
Oversee marketing initiatives including brand positioning, campaigns, digital presence, and events
Manage and support daily operations of the wine tasting centre
Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation at all visitor touchpoints. 
Coordinate promotions, launches, and hospitality activations
Work alongside and support all farm hospitality outlets and events.

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in the wine industry (essential)
Strong background in wine sales and marketing
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and leadership ability
Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
Passion for wine, hospitality, and brand storytelling

Strong understanding of premium wine positioning and customer engagement
Comfortable managing both staff and customer experiences
