Role Overview:The Export Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator manages end-to-end export operations, primarily focusing on roadfreight and airfreight into Africa, particularly within the SADC region. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with cross-border trade and multi-currency transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate deliveries, packaging & labelling with suppliers and transporters

Book collections and deliveries, recording weights and dimensions
Prepare and issue packing lists, delivery notes, and export documentation (HS codes, SADC certificates)
Liaise with clients, clearing agents, and transporters
Ensure lead times, deadlines, and administrative tasks are met
Source and negotiate rates with new transporters

Requirements:

Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skills (mandatory test required)
Knowledge of customs tariff codes, SADC procedures, import/export regulations, and logistics
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluent in English; additional languages (Portuguese, French, Italian) advantageous

Education/Experience:

- - Background in export or logistics within SADC Africa is preferred
  - Practical experience in coordinating shipments and cross-border trade
