Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 
• Culinary qualification (Advantageous)
• 1-2 years' commercial kitchen experience required
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Food handler's License
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work long hours, shifts and weekends
• Must thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwrok mindset
