Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 
• 1-2 years' Banqueting experience required
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High standards of hygiene and grooming
• Able to work long hours, shifts and weekends
• Must thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwrok mindset
