My client, based in Midrand, is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to work on a part time basis (may go full time) with immediate effect.
Ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years experience in a conveyancing office specialising in transfers and have a knowledge of bonds (Standard Bank and Absa).
General administrative duties.

- Transfers And Bonds: 10 years or more
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 10 years experience in transfers and bonds. They must have excellent communication skills, English and grammar have to be top notch. Advanced computer skills essential. Must be able to handle high pressure. Must have a home office set up with reliable internet. Salary paid per file - negotiable.
