    We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth service delivery across multiple hospitality sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Book and schedule staff for shifts

    • Issue employment contracts and ensure compliance

    • Capture and manage staff timesheets accurately

    • Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy

    • Communicate effectively with clients and management

    • Supervise staff across more than one site when required

    • Ensure high standards of service and professionalism at all times

Required Skills

  • Administraion: 1 year or less
  • Excellent Organisational And Time-Management Skills: 1 to 2 years
  • Trong Leadership And Problem-Solving Ability: 1 to 2 years
  • High Level Of Reliability And Accountability: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

     

    • Proven hospitality industry background (essential)

    • Matric certificate

    • Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)

    • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

    • Strong administrative, communication, and people-management skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
