Employer: Career Circuit
- Debt Collection: Implement effective collection strategies, contact customers, resolve disputes, send monthly statements
- Payment Processing: Accurately receive, process, and reconcile payments; collaborate with customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Debtors Ledger Management: Maintain up-to-date records, allocate payments, perform reconciliations, follow up on outstanding accounts and prepare aging and collection reports.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, work closely with sales and operations teams and resolve queries promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline collection and payment processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Full debtors’ function/maintenance
- Co-ordinate the processing of discounts and rebates
- Master file/data maintenance for all new and existing customers
- Credit management support
- Manage credit limits and trade applications
- Manage claims manually or on supplier portals
- Supplier Portal management
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years’ proven experience in full debtors function and payment processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Sage Pastel system experience is a must
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in credit and accounts receivables or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
