The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. This role involves managing accounts, playing a critical part in achieving the company's sales targets and strategic goals. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Collaborate with head office team and on-site installations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) in a sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tertiary studies in business, marketing or related field (preferred).
Preferably bilingual English and Afrikaans
Reliable own car
Valid driver’s license
They may be away from home from time to time
Microsoft computer literate
No criminal record or history of alcohol or drug abuse
Be able to handle pressure and team work
Be prepared to work late on occasions
Cold calls to be discussed at interview
