As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you won't just be matching keywords. You will be a peer to Delivery Leads, acting as a technical consultant to help define specs and identify the 1% of talent across South Africa, Europe, and beyond. This role demands strategic sourcing skills, contractor management expertise, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial briefing to onboarding

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent across regions

• Oversee the sourcing and deployment of contractors for project-based roles

• Act as a consultant to hiring managers on job specs and salary benchmarks

• Stay updated on trends in the Cloud (Azure/GCP) landscape

• Meet KPIs on time to hire, candidate funnel, and placement metrics
