We are seeking a skilled NOC Level 2 Technician to provide second-line technical support, network monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting within an SLA-driven ISP environment. This role operates within a shift structure and supports both office-based and remote weekend/night operations.Responsibilities Monitor and maintain client networks and ISP infrastructureProvide second-line troubleshooting on routers, switches, wireless links, fibre services, and connectivity issuesEnsure SLA compliance and escalate complex issues when requiredImplement configuration changes and perform maintenance upgradesConduct root cause analysis and maintain accurate ticket updatesCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teamsParticipate in the shift schedule (08:00–22:30, 7 days a week)

Minimum requirements:

• 2–3 years’ practical experience in a technical support or NOC role within an ISP environment
• Solid working knowledge of MikroTik (RouterOS and hardware troubleshooting)
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Good knowledge of switching, VLANs, wireless technologies
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking principles
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
