You will be expected to ensure the smooth operation of machinery/equipment by overseeing the maintenance team. The role entails ensuring OHSA compliance, managing maintenance schedules, allocating resources, and providing leadership to a team of artisans.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Relevant Red Seal Trade Test (Millwright, Electrician, Fitter, etc.)

§ Minimum N4 qualification (Engineering Studies or similar)

§ 5+ years FMCG/food production maintenance experience, including 2 years supervisory experience

§ Good all-round mechanical and electrical knowledge

§ Proven ability to oversee and assist a maintenance team
