Administrative & HR Functions:

Maintaining accurate administrative and HR records

Managing filing systems (electronic and hard copy)

Preparing correspondence and internal reports

Assisting with payroll-related administration (if applicable)
Personal Assistant Support to Management:

Diary and calendar management

Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes

Travel arrangements

Providing confidential administrative support
Operational Support:

Liaising with staff, service providers, and consultants

Assisting with operational requirements

Supporting special projects and ad hoc tasks as required

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) – essential

Sage Accounting certification or experience – advantageous
Experience
Experience with full-function bookkeeping up to trial balance

Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
-
Experience working in a small-to-medium business environment preferred
Technical Skills
-
Proficient in Sage Accounting (essential)
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-
Experience with payroll administration (advantageous)

Ability to prepare monthly financial reports
-
Strong reconciliation skills
