💼 Sales Representative

Our client is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, and goal-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell modern access control systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on advertising-based outreach, client engagement, and closing deals while representing a fast-growing security technology brand.

💰 Salary: R25 000 – R40 000 (Base) + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and advertise access control solutions through outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate systems (card readers, biometric devices, cloud-based access control, keyless entry, etc.).
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site evaluations.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
· Create persuasive sales materials and support marketing efforts.
· Deliver accurate quotes and proposals.
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales (preferably in security or technology).
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with advertising-based outreach.
· Familiarity with access control, CCTV, or electronic security is an advantage.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Bevorder en adverteer toegangsbeheer-oplossings deur uitreik, netwerkvorming en geteikende veldtogte.
· Identifiseer kliëntebehoeftes en beveel toepaslike stelsels aan (kaartlesers, biometriese toestelle, wolk-gebaseerde toegangsbeheer, sleutelvrye toegang, ens.).
· Doen produk-aanbiedings, demonstrasies en terrein-evaluerings.
· Bou en onderhou sterk kliënteverhoudings om herhalingsbesigheid te bevorder.
· Skep oortuigende verkoopsmateriaal en ondersteun bemarkingsinisiatiewe.
· Verskaf akkurate kwotasies en voorstelle.
· Bestuur die volledige verkoopsiklus vanaf leidraadgenerering tot afsluiting.
· Bereik maandelikse en kwartaallikse verkoopsdoelwitte.

Pos Vereistes:
· Minimum 3+ jaar ondervinding in verkope (verkieslik in sekuriteit of tegnologie).
· Sterk kommunikasie- en aanbiedingsvaardighede.
· Vermoë om tegniese produkte te verstaan en duidelik te verduidelik.
· Selfgemotiveerd, doelgerig en gemaklik met advertensie-gedrewe uitreik.
· Kennis van toegangsbeheer, CCTV of elektroniese sekuriteit is ’n voordeel.

· Energiek en professioneel.
