Our client in the motor industry is seeking an experienced and target-driven Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join their dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing vehicle sales and profitability through professional sales techniques while maintaining the highest standard of customer service and compliance.

This role requires a confident, administratively strong sales professional with a proven track record in the motor industry.

Our client operates within the motor industry, specializing in the sale of pre-owned vehicles. The dealership maintains high standards of professionalism, customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency. The environment is performance-driven, with clear monthly targets and structured processes aligned with industry legislation.

📍Location: Centurion, Pretoria
💰Salary: R11 520 basic salary plus commission and incentives (employees can earn up to R99 000)

🕰️Werksure: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00

Key Responsibilities:
· Sell and market pre-owned vehicles, including active promotion on social media platforms.
· Achieve a minimum target of 6 vehicles per month.
· Follow up on all leads immediately and load them onto the DMS system.
· Provide daily feedback on leads to management.
· Qualify buyers by understanding their needs and matching suitable vehicles.
· Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives in accordance with security procedures.
· Structure and finalize sales agreements, including CPA contracts and finance documentation.
· Ensure full compliance with TCF, CPA, NCA, FICA, FAIS, and POPI legislation.
· Inform clients of required FICA documentation for finance or rental finalization.
· Ensure no vehicle is released without confirmed payment, signed documentation, and finance approval.
· Complete all deal files accurately with supporting documentation and proof of payment.
· Maintain and update customer database and conduct follow-ups every 3 months.
· Maintain professional presentation of vehicles and showroom floor.
· Assist clients with ALL sales applications to ensure full completion.
· Ensure correct verification procedures for EFT, debit, and credit card payments.
· Maintain excellent customer service and handle client concerns effectively.

Job Requirements:
· Matric (Grade 12).
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in vehicle sales within the motor industry.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Basic computer literacy (email, reports, administration).
· Experience working on a Dealer Management System (DMS).
· Strong administrative and numerical skills.
· Ability to structure sales agreements and qualify clients correctly.
· Basic understanding of vehicle depreciation, equity, and values.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
· Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
· Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
· Own reliable transport.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Verkoop en bemarking van tweedehandse voertuie, insluitend aktiewe promosie op sosiale media.
· Bereik ’n minimum teiken van 6 voertuie per maand.
· Volg alle "leads" onmiddellik op en laai dit op die DMS-stelsel.
· Gee daaglikse terugvoer oor "leads"aan bestuur.
· Kwalifiseer kliënte deur hul behoeftes te verstaan en geskikte voertuie voor te stel.
· Voer professionele voertuig demonstrasies en toetsritte uit volgens sekuriteitsprosedures.
· Struktureer en finaliseer verkoopooreenkomste, insluitend CPA-kontrakte en finansieringsdokumentasie.
· Verseker volle nakoming van TCF, CPA, NCA, FICA, FAIS en POPI wetgewing.
· Stel kliënte in kennis van vereiste FICA-dokumentasie vir finansiering of verhuring.
· Verseker geen voertuig word vrygestel sonder bevestigde betaling, getekende dokumentasie en finansieringsgoedkeuring nie.
· Voltooi alle transaksielêers akkuraat met ondersteunende dokumentasie en bewys van betaling.
· Handhaaf en werk kliëntedatabasis op en doen opvolg elke 3 maande.
· Handhaaf professionele aanbieding van voertuie en die verkoopsvloer.
· Help kliënte met ALLE verkoopaansoeke om volle voltooiing te verseker.
· Verseker korrekte verifikasieprosedures vir EFT-, debiet- en kredietkaartbetalings.
· Handhaaf uitstekende kliëntediens en hanteer klagtes effektief.

Pos Vereistes:
· Matriek (Graad 12).
· Minimum 5 jaar ondervinding in motorverkope binne die motorbedryf.
· Geldige bestuurslisensie.
· Basiese rekenaarvaardighede (e-pos, verslae, administrasie).
· Ondervinding met ’n Dealer Management System (DMS).
· Sterk administratiewe en syfervaardighede.
· Vermoë om verkoopooreenkomste te struktureer en kliënte korrek te kwalifiseer.
· Basiese begrip van voertuigwaardevermindering, ekwiteit en waardes.
· Sterk onderhandelings- en oorredingsvaardighede.
· Vermoë om tegniese inligting duidelik aan kliënte te verduidelik.
· Moet tweetalig wees in Afrikaans en Engels.
