𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Professionally Registered Architect (PrArch) with SACAP
✅ Minimum 5+ years’ post-registration experience
✅ Proven experience across commercial, retail, residential, or mixed-use developments
✅ Strong technical detailing and documentation ability
✅ Proficiency in Revit (essential) and other relevant design software
✅ Solid understanding of South African building regulations and standards
✅ Excellent communication and project management skills
