Who You Are
You are an outgoing, confident B2C sales professional who loves talking to people and building rapport quickly. You have strong experience selling directly to individual consumers and families—not just businesses—and understand how to navigate emotional or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. You are energetic, persuasive without being pushy, resilient in handling objections, and motivated by exceeding targets. You thrive in a remote environment and take ownership of your results.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to engage individual consumers and families.
- Qualify leads by understanding personal needs, urgency, and decision drivers.
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule qualified consultations for the care team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Represent the brand with integrity and compassion at all times.
Candidate Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven B2C sales experience (required).
- Demonstrated success selling directly to consumers (not exclusively B2B).
- BIG PLUS: Familiarity with or working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident communication style.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Experience with CRMs and sales tools.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable supporting a US-based client during New York business hours.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
