- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate new leads.
- Qualify outbound leads to determine fit, interest, and readiness.
- Engage prospective clients in thoughtful conversations to understand their needs.
- Schedule qualified meetings or handoffs for team members to continue the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Represent the client’s brand professionally, empathetically, and ethically at all times.

You are a motivated, organized, and people-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fully remote environment and enjoys outbound outreach and relationship-building. You’re confident on the phone and in writing, comfortable handling objections, and energized by meeting targets. You’re proactive, resilient, and able to manage your pipeline independently while staying aligned with a broader sales strategy.
What You’ll Do
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.
- Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with CRMs and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable supporting a US-based client during New York business hours.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
