          We are a third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner supporting a long-established and highly respected home care organization in New York.           Who You Are

          You are a motivated, organized, and people-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fully remote environment and enjoys outbound outreach and relationship-building. You’re confident on the phone and in writing, comfortable handling objections, and energized by meeting targets. You’re proactive, resilient, and able to manage your pipeline independently while staying aligned with a broader sales strategy.

          What You’ll Do

          • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate new leads.
          • Qualify outbound leads to determine fit, interest, and readiness.
          • Engage prospective clients in thoughtful conversations to understand their needs.
          • Schedule qualified meetings or handoffs for team members to continue the sales cycle.
          • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
          • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline.
          • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets. 
          • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
          • Represent the client’s brand professionally, empathetically, and ethically at all times.

Candidate Requirements

          What We’re Looking For

          • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
          • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
          • Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.
          • Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
          • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
          • Comfort working with CRMs and sales productivity tools.
          • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
          • Professional, reliable, and comfortable supporting a US-based client during New York business hours.
          • Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
