A new position for a Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Equipment in FMCG, Food Technology & Manufacturing – Cape Town area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working pro-actively towards regional sales targets in line with budget requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and targeted prospecting
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical input aligned to customer requirements
• Understand customer operations to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project execution and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for maintaining of accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (commercial, technical, or related field)
• Industrial equipment - requires strong product knowledge
• Proven experience in sales of capital or industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of technical products and solution-based selling
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions
• Willingness to travel within the Eastern Cape as required
• Valid driver’s License
