A new position for a Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Equipment in FMCG, Food Technology & Manufacturing – Cape Town area.

- Working pro-actively towards regional sales targets in line with budget requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and targeted prospecting
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical input aligned to customer requirements
- Understand customer operations to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project execution and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining of accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (commercial, technical, or related field)
- Industrial equipment - requires strong product knowledge
- Proven experience in sales of capital or industrial equipment
- Strong understanding of technical products and solution-based selling
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern Cape as required
- Valid driver’s License
