JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Northern Cape Region (Augrabies & Surrounds)

Requirements:

·        3-year tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing / Agricultural Science.

·        Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong customer service focus.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Goal-oriented and able to work independently.

·        Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

·        Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

·        Computer literate with the ability to generate reports.

·        Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

·        Valid Passport.

Responsibilities:

·        Service and maintain relationships with existing and new agricultural customers.

·        Conduct regular on-site visits to understand customer needs, packhouse operations and seasonal demand.

·        Identify growth opportunities in emerging markets and value-added packaging solutions.

·        Prepare sales forecasts and manage structured territory planning.

·        Liaise with planning, production and logistics teams to ensure accurate lead times and order fulfilment.

·        Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide technical support where required.

·        Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to management.

·        Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

·        Compile sales reports and pipeline analyses.

The successful candidate will service the Northern Cape region (Augrabies and surrounds) with some cross border coverage into Ausenkehr, Namibia.
