Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function efficiently to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Minimum Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience in hotel operations management
• Strong understanding of hospitality management principles
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
