Candidate Requirements

·       Plowing, planting, cultivating, fertilizing, irrigating, and harvesting crops

·       Operating tractors, sprayers, chainsaws, loaders, and farm tools

·       Caring for livestock and poultry (feeding, cleaning, medication, inspections)

·       Preparing insecticide solutions and applying them to crops

·       Cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and barns

·       Performing basic repairs and maintenance on farm equipment

·       Previous farm experience preferred

·       Ability to operate farm machinery

·       Physically strong and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

·       Able to follow oral and written instructions

·       Must endure prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
