We are seeking an experienced Insights Lead to take ownership of key client accounts and drive research that directly shapes business decisions.

 What You’ll Do:

• Lead research and insights delivery across multiple key accounts
• Design robust research solutions aligned to client objectives
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Translate complex data into clear, commercially meaningful insights
• Present strategic recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
• Guide teams on questionnaire development, analytics, and reporting
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and excellence

 What You Bring

• 6+ years’ market research experience (5+ with a strong senior track record will be considered)
• 3+ years of project management and client-facing experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong expertise in research design, sampling methodologies, and analytics
• Excellent storytelling and presentation capability
• A leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and develop others

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Business or related field
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous
