Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and achieve sales growth targets
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal performance
- Engage directly with customers to define product and service requirements and identify new opportunities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within organisations
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details
- Provide high levels of customer interaction with prompt response times
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new market opportunities
- Ensure full follow-through on commitments to achieve 100% customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations using approved materials
- Meet and exceed individual and organisational sales targets
- Execute a structured, strategic outreach cadence via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates
- Partner with regional sales teams to generate leads across product and productivity solutions
- Continuously build advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate offerings in the market
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer-friendly solutions
- Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and presentations
- Interpret and analyse scanned or digital data where required
- Perform additional duties as required
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years’ outbound business development and/or sales experience
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong operational computer literacy (Microsoft Windows, internet browsers)
- Basic database and Excel knowledge

Remuneration & Benefits
- Total Cost to Company (TCTC): R10,000 – R12,000 (dependent on experience)
