About the Role

We are looking for a Fireplace Technician who will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of “everything” fireplaces, including flue systems and related components. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service fireplaces, flues, and chimneys according to company and safety standards.
• Conduct on-site technical assessments and diagnose installation or product issues.
• Assist with assembly, testing, and quality control of fireplaces in the warehouse when required.
• Perform minor welding, grinding, and fitting tasks when modifying components.
• Provide after-sales support and maintenance to clients where necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction on every job site.
