- Filing and organization: Maintaining and organising files, documents, and records
- Data entry: Inputting and managing data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Process improvement
- Payroll management – full function – process payroll accurately and timeously, maintain and update employee payroll records. Calculate deductions, bonuses, commissions and overtime. Address payroll-related inquiries.
- Human Resource Administration- Full Function – Assist with recruitment. Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new staff. Assist in resolving employee conflicts. Provide HR support to employees and managers
- Monitor employee performance evaluations. Facilitate termination process.
- Petty Cash custodian
- IR – Full function - Address employee grievances and workplace issues, represent the company in labour discussions at the CCMA

DUTIES:
Candidate Requirements
- 2 – 5 years experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in HR with a BCOM in HR preferred
- Basic conditions of employment act. Labour relations act. Compensation for occupational injuries and diseases act. Occupational health and safety act.
- Ability to work in a team, fast learner. Good communication, organisation, recruitment and leadership skills. Training and development skills
- Take initiative, diligent, attention to details and be a good team player
- Good problem solving & good communication skills
- Fantastic people skills
- Attentive, polite, strong ethics, kind and understanding, detail-oriented and love of learning
