A dynamic opportunity exists for an energetic and organised individual to take on a junior management role as a Camp Coordinator. This position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a nature-based environment, has a pragmatic outlook, and brings solid hospitality or tourism experience. The role involves overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of camp operations, guest services, and administrative functions.

Requirements

Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a safari, lodge, or hospitality environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong administrative, logistical, and organisational abilities.
Computer literacy essential.
Valid driver’s licence.
Professional presentation and positive references.
