A well established company in the Automotive industry requires a Production Supervisor:

DUTIES:

• Coordinate and oversee daily production activities and monitor workflow.
• Address problems and malfunctions that arise during the production process to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations 
• Oversee the correct use of production equipment, report and monitor maintenance required
• Lead, manage and supervise production staff
• Ensure compliance with all production standards and specifications, ensuring production time frame is adhered to
• Identify and address any quality issues promptly
• Prepare and maintain production reports
•  
• Document issues or deviations from standard procedures and implement corrective actions
• Report on production status and issues
• Ensure good housekeeping and workplace organisation practices
• Ensure raw materials are ordered, staged and consumed in line with demand
• Monitor production output as well as staff
• Preparing daily and weekly production plans
