💼 Stock Controller
Our client is looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller to take full responsibility for accurate stock control, audit trails, and the handling of high-value products. This role is critical in ensuring strict adherence to procedures, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting operational efficiency within a secure environment.

💰 Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 (depending on experience)
🕰️ Working Hours:
• Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 16:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 15:00

Key Responsibilities:

· Stock Control & Audit Trails: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure complete audit trails at all times.
· Perform stock control activities including receiving, issuing, and monitoring inventory.
· Investigate and report stock discrepancies or variances.
· Compliance & Procedures: Follow strict company procedures and internal controls.
· Ensure secure handling and storage of high-value products.
· Assist with internal and external audits when required.
· Operational Support: Work within logistics and operational environments, including warehouses.
· Load and move heavy products when necessary.
· Client Service: Deliver a high standard of client service, where attention to detail and professionalism are essential.
· Risk Management: Identify potential stock risks and recommend preventative measures.

Job Requirements:

· National Senior Certificate (Matric).
· Minimum 2+ years’ experience in stock control, logistics, warehouse, or operational roles.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
· Strong understanding of stock control procedures.
· Experience working in warehouse or logistics environments.
· Ability to handle high-value products with discretion and integrity.
· Physically able to load and move heavy items.
· Afrikaans and English proficiency.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

· Voorraadbeheer & Ouditspore: Handhaaf akkurate voorraadrekords en volledige ouditspore te alle tye.
· Voer voorraadbeheer take uit insluitend ontvangs, uitreiking en monitering van voorraad.
· Ondersoek en rapporteer voorraadverskille of afwykings.
· Nakoming & Prosedures: Volg streng maatskappyprosedures en interne beheermaatreëls.
· Verseker veilige hantering en berging van hoëwaarde produkte.
· Ondersteun interne en eksterne oudits waar nodig.
· Operasionele Ondersteuning: Werk binne logistieke en operasionele omgewings, insluitend pakhuise.
· Laai en verskuif swaar produkte indien nodig.
· Kliëntediens: Lewer ’n hoë standaard van kliëntediens waar professionaliteit en detailkritiek noodsaaklik is.
· Risikobestuur: Identifiseer potensiële voorraadrisiko’s en beveel voorkomende maatreëls aan.

Pos Vereistes:

· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Matriek).
· Minimum 2+ jaar se ervaring in voorraadbeheer, logistiek, pakhuis- of operasionele rolle.
· Uitstekende vaardigheid in MS Excel.
· Sterk begrip van voorraadbeheerprosedures.
· Ervaring in pakhuis- of logistieke omgewings.
· Vermoë om hoëwaarde produkte met integriteit en diskresie te hanteer.
· Fisies in staat om swaar items te laai en te verskuif.
· Afrikaans en Engels vaardig.
