Our client is seeking an experienced Weighbridge Operator to ensure the accurate recording and control of all materials, vehicles, and loads entering and exiting the site. The role requires strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the weighbridge to record weights of chrome ore, materials, and vehiclesCapture, verify, and maintain accurate weighbridge records and documentationIssue weight tickets and reconcile with delivery and dispatch notesPerform basic data capturing and compile daily and monthly reportsLiaise with drivers, logistics teams, and site management to ensure smooth operationsMonitor site access control and ensure compliance with safety proceduresMaintain orderly traffic flow in and out of the site

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• 2–3 years’ experience in a weighbridge, logistics, or mining environment
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and weighbridge systems
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work shifts and perform under pressure
