    We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to be the welcoming face of our company and provide vital administrative support to our team.

    Front Desk & Customer Service

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers.
    • Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward calls to the relevant departments (Connect, Direct, Energy, etc., in both English and Afrikaans).
    • Handle general enquiries and provide basic company and product information.
    • Maintain a neat, organised, and professional reception area at all times.

    Administrative Support

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking boardrooms, and preparing meeting spaces.
    • Maintain office and grocery supplies, placing and coordinating orders as needed.
    • Support management with filing, scanning, and document preparation.
    • Assist with porting applications and Telkom cancellations.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office operations.

    Client & Internal Coordination

    • Log all client queries and calls into the company’s ticketing system, ensuring accurate details and proper routing to the relevant department for resolution.
    • Provide administrative assistance to the sales and operations teams as needed.
    • Assist with internal communications, staff notices, and company announcements.

    Operational & Company Support

    • Support management with onboarding arrangements, including manuals, workspace setup, and office stationery.
    • Assist the Marketing Manager with organising company events, meetings, and staff functions.
    • Ensure office equipment and systems are properly maintained and report any issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant administrative qualification advantageous.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar receptionist or admin role.
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) – essential.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
