How you'll role

The Customer Activation Coach is integral to the team, and tasked with streamlining the onboarding process for new clients. This role focuses on swift and effective activation of clients, ensuring that users are properly configured and proficient with the system. The position requires working closely with Account Managers to manage the lifecycle from consultation to full activation and beyond, identifying and mitigating risks early to sustain momentum and customer engagement over the first crucial year.

What you'll do

• Configure the system according to customer needs

• Ensure accurate system setup, including workflows and permissions

• Deliver structured onboarding and coaching sessions

• Adapt training to suit customer capability and pace

• Track activation milestones and maintain momentum

• Proactively identify and resolve activation risks

• Support Account Managers in activation deals

• Log progress and training sessions in HubSpot
