How you'll role

The Creative Lead will be the keystone in designing, producing, and managing brand identities across multiple platforms. This role combines high-level graphic design, immersive video production, and dynamic community management to craft unique brand experiences. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing visual systems, producing compelling multimedia content, and nurturing active brand communities, while overseeing a comprehensive creative lifecycle from conception to execution.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement cohesive visual identities across all brand touchpoints

• Design and produce high-quality graphic content including static carousels, ad creatives, and brand assets

• Lead video production efforts from scripting to post-production, turning abstract ideas into compelling video content

• Foster and manage an engaging brand community, integrating influencers and super-fans

• Monitor and respond to community interactions, maintaining brand tone and engagement
