The ideal candidate will be highly organised, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day guesthouse operationsManage reservations, check-ins, and check-outsEnsure outstanding guest service and professionally handle guest queries and complaintsSupervise and manage housekeeping and support staffMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall property appearanceMonitor stock levels and manage supplier relationshipsHandle basic financial administration, reporting, and budgetingEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standardsWork flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

Requirements and Skills
Proven experience in hospitality or guesthouse/hotel management
Strong leadership and staff management skills
