Key Requirements

•       Supports the Riskonnect and Salesforce products within the company and is a resource in the use and application of solutions configured and developed with those products.

•       Provides technical Riskonnect and Salesforce product support and training.

•       Manages time and prioritizes work across multiple clients to meet client expectations.

•       Release management activities

•       Opportunity Administration

•       Constantly advances their knowledge with the Salesforce Administrator and Consulting Certifications to the highest level.
