The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, events, and staff diningSupport the supervision, training, scheduling, and performance management of food and beverage staffEnsure consistent delivery of high service standards and guest satisfactionAssist with stock control, ordering, receiving, and inventory managementMonitor costs, wastage, and budgets to support financial targetsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP)Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficientlyAssist with menu implementation, service standards, and special eventsStep in as acting Food & Beverage Manager in their absenceMaintain strong communication between kitchen, service teams, and management

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and service excellence
