A reputable healthcare and nursing services institution is looking for an experienced Clinical Facilitator with a strong background in clinical nursing education, staff development, and training facilitation to support the integration of theory and practice within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clinical training, development, and learning for nursing staff and students.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage training and development calendars.

• Support assessment processes, including marking of case studies and assignments.

• Maintain accurate clinical and training records.

• Lead and participate in academic, research, and development initiatives.

• Apply and maintain adult learning methodologies in clinical facilitation.

• Conduct staff orientation and ongoing training initiatives.

• Perform patient and ward rounds to ensure quality care and service standards.

• Reinforce professional discipline and clinical standards among nursing staff.

• Oversee documentation, reporting, and updating of care plans and clinical blueprints.

Requirements:

• Relevant nursing qualification (B Cur Degree or equivalent education qualification).

• Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

• Compliance with SANC regulations and applicable healthcare legislation.

• Assessor and Moderator certification.

• BLS Instructor certification.

• Minimum 2 years post-basic clinical experience and at least 2 years in a similar role.

• Experience in clinical training, mentoring, and student facilitation.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills.

• Advanced computer literacy.
