We are hiring a Customer Success Representative to own customer onboarding, activation, and long-term success at Land Portal, a data and mapping software platform for land investors and real estate professionals.

This role is focused on ensuring customers reach value quickly, adopt key features, and remain long-term users of the platform. This is a proactive role, not reactive support.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead onboarding and activation for new customers during their first 30–90 days

• Guide customers to real outcomes using Land Portal, not just feature walkthroughs

• Proactively manage a book of customers and maintain long-term relationships

• Monitor usage, engagement, and health indicators to identify at-risk accounts early

• Re-engage inactive or underutilizing customers

• Educate customers on workflows, best practices, and new features

• Coordinate with internal teams to surface product feedback and adoption blockers

• Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities when appropriate

• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and customer success documentation
