A leading sports betting brand is expanding its support team and seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Agent to deliver fast, friendly, and effective service. You’ll be a key point of contact for customer queries, helping to resolve issues, guide users, and ensure a smooth overall experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar role within the gaming or betting industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Fluency in Afrikaans is prefered
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick and effective solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high-stress situations
- Remain flexible to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as required
- Proficiency in relevant customer support software, databases, and tools
