The successful candidate must be strong in verbal and written communication, have the ability to work under pressure and the ability to introduce and implement improved processes.

Job description:

Provide HR administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function within the Chain/Division/Service Department.

• Administration of Payroll and Employee Benefits related matters
• Administration of the relevant systems, including SAP HCM
• Administration of Human Resources related matters
• Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
• Effective self-management
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Workspace Suite required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• 2-3 years proven experience in a HR Administration role
