Customer Relationship ManagerWhiteriver, MpumalangaR 30 000 - R 35 000 CTC + Company Vehicle Our client in the earthmoving equipment industry is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Relationship Manager to maintain strong client relationships, coordinate customer interactions, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
3 Years’ experience in a customer relations, sales support, or similar role
Previous mining industry exposure - advantageous
Previous sales experience - advantageous
Willingness to travel within the Mpumalanga region
Valid driver’s license with practical driving experience
Computer literate - Outlook and Excel

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails, calls, and enquiries professionally
Maintain and update CRM system with all interactions and activities
Follow up on leads, quotations, open orders, deliveries, and service issues
Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Resolve customer complaints and manage service challenges
Attend sales meetings and provide client feedback
Schedule meetings and coordinate customer visits
Assist with customer enquiries and technical questions
