The main purpose of the job is to manage and drive brand awareness at the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Description:
- Maintenance of displays in store
- Maintenance of stock on shelf and in store
- Ensuring effective shelf health (Merchandising standards)
- Management of Dispo (catalogue) of each store
- Managing and influencing of order where possible
- Management of aged (old) stock in each store
- Effective communication of competitor activity and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry
- Ensuring in stock situation at all times on promotional lines
- Integrating all perspectives and information necessary to consistently arrive at optimal pricing decisions and balancing company growth, share, and profit objectives
- Regular submission of accurate store call reports
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requirements:
Grade 12
Basic computer skills
Relevant product/system knowledge
