The Role:

Market Research & Analysis:

Maintain weekly transaction and business development trackers
Research target assets, buyer profiles, and African market players
Analyze portfolio developers, sellers, and lenders across Africa

Financial Analysis & Valuation:

Assist with property valuations using income, sales comparison, and cost approaches
Build financial models for investment analysis and live transactions
Prepare cash flow projections and investment return calculations
Support due diligence processes

Research & Client Support:

Contribute to market publications and thought leadership content
Maintain comprehensive African real estate databases
Support ongoing transactions, pitches, and client events

Candidate Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Actuarial Science or related field
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
Knowledge: Understanding of property valuation principles and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, cap rates)
Experience: No minimum experience required - fresh graduates welcome!
Personal Qualities: Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and genuine interest in African real estate markets
