Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle leasing, or quality control within a car rental or transport company. Experience in the e-hailing industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fleet management processes, KPIs, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with South African transport and e-hailing industry regulations (e.g., permits, driver licensing, operating licensing, vehicle standards).
• Ability to coordinate with external partners, workshops, and insurance companies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to work in a fast-growing social enterprise environment.
