We’re looking for experienced BPO professionals (8+ months) to join our team supporting one of Our Network Providers online reputation across social media and digital channels.
Requirements
Excellent written communication (spelling & grammar)
Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
Experience with CRM/social tools (Sprinklr, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Calm, empathetic, professional under pressure
Responsibilities:
Manage conversations across Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram & app reviews
De-escalate complaints and protect brand reputation
Redirect queries, tag issues, and collaborate with back-office teams
Respond within SLA, ensuring accuracy, professionalism & customer satisfaction
